I had a Yaris for 3 years and used to get it serviced at Toyota on North East Road. We brought this car 3 months ago and we took it to Jarvis Toyota. The set up(drive through reception, TV, coffee, laptop/network plugs), the service were all fantastic. The car was washed. All round it was great!!

Dear Sir,
I am writing to express to you our gratitude for the service we received from your spare parts division and in particular from a young man named Evan.
We were travelling through South Australia last week and on returning to our vehicle found the side mirror had been smashed. We were initially told at the dealership on Victor Harbor that the entire mirror would have to be replaced even though there was no apparent damage to the mechanism. Fortunatley for us they were out of stock so sent us to your service department.
From the initial phone conversation Evan reassured my husband that with careful removal he would probably be able to replace just the broken glass at a substantially less cost.
To our delight he was successful and we were back on the road within the half hour. Would you please pass on or thanks to Evan once more and we hope that the service department values such employees as much as your customers do.

Yesterday my new Corolla had a its 3000km service at the Clovelly Park service centre. I wanted to congratulate the team there on the excellent level of service i received. From the welcoming young man who greeted me when I arrived, the comfortable waiting lounge and the technician/mecahnic who spent 30mins with me trying to fix my bluetooth. All around it was a very good experience. Well done, I will be back for all my car service requirements.

I think it was very good service. I had 2 flat tyres and had no way of getting it to you. Your service team came to my house and put temporary tyres on my car and they took it to the workshop, serviced the vehicle and fixed the tyres. I am 82 and i was very worried about how i was going to get it fixed but you went out of your way to help me.

Fletch and Shae went out of their way to assist us and ensure we got the vehicle and deal we were after. Through out the whole time we were kept informed of what was happening and the follow-up after sales service has ben excellent as well.

We could not be happier with the service we have received from the service division of Jarvis Toyota when we put our car in for maintenance. They have looked after our Toyota Camry from the day we purchased it. We have always been treated with courtesy and respect and trust them completely to keep our car in top condition. When we collect the car they have washed it and we have the pleasure of using their customer lounge, if we choose to wait whilst the service is done.

I got a nice coffee and a free bottle of water. The service was good. The whole set up there is efficient and I quite enjoy taking the car there. No hassles at all.
