Dear Darren,

Andy and I would like to thank you and your staff for making a recent transaction painless. We bought a Landcruiser 200 series in January 2008 and were very happy with the deal and the treatment we recieved. Recently we decided that perhaps this was not the vehicle for us and came back to Jarvis. From the minute that we spoke to a salesman, Victor, to being able to test drive a couple of vehicle everything was smooth and painless. Your staff were friendly, funny and made a difficult decision to trade a Prado easy. We came away feeling that we had a great deal and cannot speak highly enough of all involved.

We were treated exceptionally well by Jarvis Toyota. We purchased a Toyota Yaris Sedan from them. Within an hour of your response to our original enquiry we were contacted by phone by Jarvis Toyota - on a public holiday! And a friend of ours highly recommended them. We have just returned from a 700 Km trip in the car and are extremely pleased with it.

I just wish to convey my appreciation of the exceptional service I received from Paul Stephens. Paul went beyond the call of a regular salesman's duty, and his service to me during my visits to your company was outstanding. Paul is surely and extremely polite, well mannered, outstanding and charismatic individual, nothing was ever too much trouble or effort for Paul, he has a genuine personality and disposition, this sat extremely well with me and I felt very comfortable in Paul's company.

There should be more people in this world with such a positive outlook as Paul's.

Also I have found other staff to be very accomodationg, again this was much appreciated. Overall a very satisfied and optimistic feel from your company and staff.

I feel that I can rely on the service team to look after the car. I bought my car at Jarvis Toyota Clovelly Park 7 years ago and continue to bring my car back because of the reliable service provided. Importantly too, the fact that I can get a lift into and out of the city, this makes it possible and easy for me to get the car to Clovelly Park.

We have been dealing with Jarvis Toyota Spare Parts for just over 2 years.

We have always found the parts department staff friendly and courteous, ranging from the parts manager Simon through to the delivery driver Michael. The staff have excellent product knowledge and are able to answer our queries in a professional manner. We receive fast efficient service both with the ordering and delivery of parts. We have occasionally had the urgent need to order parts late in the day and the phone staff are more than willing to work out a delivery schedule which is way above the normal service.

Not only do we purchase our parts from them, but occasionally we have phoned the “boys” for technical information. If not readily available, they source the information and return our enquiry with little delay.

We enjoy a good working relationship with all the boys and would like to thank them for their efforts “beyond the call of duty”

Paul did not leave a “stone unturned” & made sure that we were completely aware of all the details of the vehicle including its service, warranty & benefits in dealing with your very experienced & professional organisation. Hi Mary,

I refer to our discussions a few months ago now, and I confirm that I was extremely happy with the way Darren and Jarvis handled my concern from my service. In fact, I think the car drove even better after they fixed my wheel - I am not sure whether they may have balanced or aligned the wheels also. I was very impressed. Darren was lovely and I can see why he is a manager and the customer waiting area at Clovelly Park was fantastic.
