Hi Mary,

I refer to our discussions a few months ago now, and I confirm that I was extremely happy with the way Darren and Jarvis handled my concern from my service. In fact, I think the car drove even better after they fixed my wheel - I am not sure whether they may have balanced or aligned the wheels also. I was very impressed. Darren was lovely and I can see why he is a manager and the customer waiting area at Clovelly Park was fantastic.

I would like to thank you and the team for "the oh what a feeling" experience. I was impressed overall by the friendly and understanding approach: too often sales teams do not appreciate that buying a new car "...is a big deal" and in your case you sold us the car that we wanted, not the one the company wanted to sell.

The pre-delivery updates were much appreciated and the personal introductions to the service department showed a real interest in client needs. I have always been a Holden buyer but due to your "its no trouble attitude" I had little reservation in changing to the Corolla.

I would also like to thank Mary and the other dealership people we met: you all made the purchase a relatively painless experience and we look forward to Carolla'ering along! We now anticipate a similar experience with the Service department.

Previously I have been to a different Toyota dealership and the experience was incomparable. I am glad I will be coming to Jarvis Toyota.

During the Christmas holidays my wife and I drove to Adelaide from Wollongong. Whilst in Adelaide I noticed a shuddering in the rear of my 2004 Toyota Prado during tight turns such as carparks. This occurred during the holidya break and while we were 1400km from home.

Concerned that the problem could cause damage or a breakdown on our return journey, on the next working day (27 December) I rang the closest Toyota dealer - Jarvis Toyota. They wer kind enough to see the vehicle that morning. The engineer who tes-drove the vehicle immediately indentified the likely problem. The service theam were able to rectify the problem that morning (incorrect diff oil had been used at a previous service back here) although I didn't have a booking.

I wish to especially thank Darren Leray. Darren always provides me with honest and concise advice regarding vehicle service. Darren serves clients with excellent manners and represents high professional level of his work. However, most importantly Darren explains the rationale behind each job while servicing my vehicle where driving safety is a crucial issue.
