I was impressed with the high commitment to customer comfort displayed by staff while in the waiting area... being offered coffee or tea, cool drinks, TV, computing facilities, WiFi and an array of magazines etc, while I was kept informed as to the status of my vehicle. There was a confusing sign pointing to toilets, which when followed, led to a stairway and alcove. When I casually mentioned this, steps were immediately taken to fix the signage. (If this had happened in my former workplace, it would've been 1. derided, 2. ignored, 3. buried by various management layers. Good to see that staff initiative is not crushed.) Top marks!
